Suppliers
Controls general information of suppliers such as name, address, country, import format (FOB, CIF), accumulated purchases, unpaid balances, etc.
Order control
Automatically generates an order suggestion based on sales during a certain number of months; it takes stock and products in transit into account.
Inventories Controls all information related to products, such as description, presentation, components, measurement unit, packing unit, supplier, product line, FOB and CIF cost, sales prices, etc.
Sales
Creates offer scales and bonuses of products at a given period. It also provides information on the products that have not been sold due to a lack of stock.
Sales statistics
Generates a great variety of statistical reports by suppliers, sales agents, products, zones, cities, routes, product lines and sub lines, etc.
Agent commissions
The system automatically estimates commissions for agents, according to a plan individually established with each one of them. |
